Mr. Shabeer Naha

Naha is a Co founder of SMCS and has over 14+ years of hands-on experience in Strategy consulting, Business Turn around management, Deal origination, and Business Development. After Co-founding and Incubating a New Media Technology start up at Asia's largest Technology Park, Technopark; he exited the business successfully since five years of its inception. He had served Fortune100, Global2000, mid cap companies and many SMBs in various capacities across multiple industry segments. He is an Industrial Engineering graduate from Kerala University.

Mr. Dileep Suseela Viswambharan

Prior to joining SMCS, He had served as Senior Vice President of Accentia Technologies Ltd; a BSE Listed company and a global Business Process Management (BPM) solution provider of Healthcare Industry. He was actively involved in raising equity through IPO and played key role in acquisition & M&A; of few BPM companies in US.
Dileep had advised many MNC's on their Technology off Shore delivery strategies. Currently, he is consulting for some leading companies in south, advising and assisting in the planning and implementation of Technology. Dileep is a PGDM from IIM Calcutta and a Civil Engineering Graduate from University of Kerala.

Mr. Mathukutty C

He has over three decades of experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting and have been the Charter President of Cochin chapter of ICAI. His expertise includes auditing, financial analysis, strategic planning, company valuations and deal structuring.
He had worked with major Banks and NBFCs in Kerala including State Bank of Travancore, Federal Bank etc and consulted many Mid Cap, Small Cap companies across various industries based out of Kerala. He is a Masters in Finance and a Chartered Accountant.
